Four suggestions for the development of inverter industry

For the future development of the industry, companies need to continue to vigorously promote product independent innovation, strive to build corporate brands, establish an image of honesty and trustworthiness, and maintain a normal order of industry competition. At the same time, four suggestions are made for the development of the industry:

By organizing and holding industry development seminars, we unify the understanding of industry enterprises and avoid vicious price competition in the industry; coordinate the relationship between industry enterprises and the government, society, and upstream and downstream customers, and actively assist the government in implementing relevant energy-saving and consumption-reducing policies.

The second is people-oriented. With the acceleration of new product development and application broadening, the training and supplement of talents has become the key to whether the industry can maintain rapid growth in the future. While cultivating and respecting talents, inverter companies should avoid disorderly competition and establish overall industry awareness in the use and retention of talents.

The third is that enterprises should vigorously develop and promote the adjustment of industrial structure and product structure, rely on scientific and technological progress, and strive to transform the economic growth mode.
